WEB RESOLUTION PHOTOS
Mark Stocks grants you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the image subject to the terms and conditions explained in this agreement.

a. On web sites, provided that no image is displayed at a resolution greater than 800 x 600 pixels.

b. As a toolbar skin, screen saver and mobile phone wallpaper for your own personal, non commercial use, not for resale, download or distribution.

c. Incorporated into software as a background image or splash screen, provided that the image or any digital files containing the image cannot be unincorporated from the software and further provided that the manufacturing or duplication run(s) of such software (including downloads of such software) does not exceed 10000.

d. In multimedia presentations and incorporated into film and video for television and or internet broadcasts.

PRINT RESOLUTION PHOTOS

e. As a poster for promotional material provided the image is reproduced no more than 5000 times.

f. For reproduction in a brochure, catalogue, flyer, business card or on pop up/panel displays for use in conventions and trade shows, provided that no individual image is reproduced more than 5000 times.

g. For reproduction in a newspaper, magazine or catalogue, online and in printed form.
Editorial purposes: printed magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters up to 10000 impressions. You must give credit as follows: "© markstocks.com"

h. Stationery items and other reproductions for personal or business use (but NOT for resale or license)

PROHIBITED USE OF BOTH WEB AND PRINT RESOLUTION IMAGES
- No image may be reproduced or used more than 10000 times in print form.
- No image may be incorporated within a product or reproduced in any form for commercial use, with the exception of magazines/newspapers and catalogues. If you wish to include images in a book, as a cover image or as part of any other product form please contact mark@markstocks.com
- Not to be reproduced in eBook/eCard format without the authors consent.
- Not for use for online print on demand products.
- Not for use in any logo or trademark.
- Not to be Sub licensed, given away, shared or otherwise transferred.
